The little art studio built on a mountain of dreams and rivers of vision.

At the time, when I was creating the sculpture video below, wildfires were raging in our second home of Santa Fe and Taos, New Mexico. Even though we do not own property there, we still call it home.

To watch the social media posts of what is happening in our beloved sanctuary hurts our hearts.

Fire ripping through beautiful acres upon acres of Pine forest saddens us to no end. Wildlife that lost out to the severe intense flames. People who lost their homes, some without being insured.

When I recorded the flute music portion of this video, thoughts of a warm canyon breeze and a flowing crystal clear mountain stream came to mind and inspiration.

We continue to pray for the blessing of rain and slow down the pace of the wildfires.   And for everyone from the hotshots, support staff to the residents to come out safe.

The sculpture featured in the video is from a gifted piece of wood from a friend from New Mexico. So when I finished it, I took the art piece along on our next trip to Chumani Gallery in Madrid, New Mexico.

I always look forward to your comments and thoughts on the video.
